Breakfast was not considered an important meal in Tudor times!. It was a matter of "breaking one's fast" on getting up!. The wealthy would probably arise later than the working classes!. You'd probably have a little bread (the better type, manchet, for the upper classes, and coarser bread for the poorer), and some ale!.

The first main meal was dinner, served at around 11!.00-12!.00!.

The second main meal was supper, served at around 6!.00 pm!.

Dinner, Supper, Break Fast, Feast; Those are typically upper and middle class, not sure about the lowest classes although probably the same!. This is by no means an exhaustive list!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
