The Bolsheviks had a dynamic leader in Lenin who came back from exile in Switzerland to lead the revolution
The time was right!. After three years of a disastrous war in which the Russian soldiers and sailors had been badly led and treated by their officers there was a demand for change from the armed forces and the workers and peasants who were suffering under a callous regime!.
The Tsar had already been deposed and there was a power vacuum waiting to be filled!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
