OMG!. Where to begin!. James Madison was one of the framers of the constitution!. Along with Alexander Hamilton and John Jay, he wrote the federlist papers which were quoted extensivly in the impeachment trial of Richard Nixon!. He helped frame the Bill of Rights!.
