Not at all!.

First of all, you have to define what constitutes a real "revolution!."

They can be!.!.!.!.shifts in government, so yeah, "voting" can effectively be "revolutionizing"!.!.!.!.depending on how different the president is!.

Or, look at the Glorious Revolution!. Parliament asked William of Orange to come and invade England and get rid of the king!. He showed up with an army, but never had to use it because the king fled to France, and Parliament simply chose him to be their new ruler along with his wife!.

There are also cultural revolutions, such as the Enlightenment!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
