The US pursuing isolationism was a main factor it didn't have the credibility it needed as a reflector of the nations, but it also lacked any real teeth!.
Roosevelt sought to deal with the many weakness in the League with his vision of the United Nations!.One hopes that a new American President will again emphasize the importance and necessity of the UN in finding ways to avoid conflict where possible, and control it, where not!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
