Question: Why did they stop using Beheading and use the electric chair instead!?

Are you from the US!? Because as far as I know, beheading wasn't really an option there; hanging was the preferred means of execution!. There were disastrous hangings, where the victim choked to death instead of the neck being broken, or where (really) the head was pulled off in the drop!.

"In 1887, after a particularly gruesome and bloody hanging was reported, New York State established a committee to determine a new, more humane system of execution to replace hanging!.

Alfred P!. Southwick developed the idea of using electric current as a method of execution when he saw an intoxicated man die after touching an exposed terminal on a live generator!. As Southwick was a dentist accustomed to performing procedures on subjects in chairs, his electrical device appeared in the form of a chair!."

Beheading "has never been a legal form of execution in the United States!."

Probably because it is more painful for everyone!.The Beheading took a matter of seconds and the chair takes like ten minutes!.The parents have to watch it and the person has to go through it!.
