Oh - do I have an interesting story for you!. It was back perhaps 1800 years before Christ in Egypt where the first labor strike too place!. At least it was the first labor strike that we have evidence of!.

And what - do you suppose - was the reason for this labor strike of ancient Egyptians workers!?!?!?!? They couldn't get their makeup!. Apparently in the desert, make up (and probably eye makeup) was very important to guard the skin and the eyes from the sun!.

So if you're going to hang around with ancient Egyptians, remember to take plenty of makeup for the workers!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You need to do a bit more historical research!. There have been eras in which men in polite society have been expected to use cosmetics!.

There have been other eras in which women have been valued primarily for their physical attractiveness, while men have been considered attractive on the basis of other attributes, such as social standing and financial status!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Sorry, but that's a fairly recent concept!. In the court of King Louis XlV, the men work makeup, wigs and high heels!. It was considered part of their look!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Pharos in Egypt wore gold make up according to some sources!. Today male news casters and actors wear it!.

It might be an idea to promote the idea say in Yahoo products!. This site does advertise!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
