Vlad the Impaler gets my vote, He would drink peoples blood, drain thier blood in to tubs and bath in it!. Ride through town sticking peoples heads on pikes giving him the name "Vlad the Impaler" this guy is also known as the original Count Dracula or Dr?culea meaning son of the devil, Some people say Hitler, But he was more of a leader/Dictator!. His collectivized farming idea resulted in one hundred million people starving to death!.!.!. but aside from that, Pol Pot!. This guy was a FREAk who thought that killing all educated people (ie doctors, teachers, nurses, plumbers, people with glasses, the literate, etc) would help transform the society!. Anyone educated was killed or forced to work to transform the country into a pre-industialized agratian society!. Www@QuestionHome@Com I'd say Hitler, for the simple fact, regarding people like Vlad the Impaler, some stories about them were exaggerated by their enemies, and most of Vlad's stories(i!.e!. his drinking blood) was only reported by other nations, not his own, ever, even when he wasn't in power!. Point is, the only accounts we have of people like Vlad is what was written down and the story's always different from place to place, but there's video proof of what Hitler did, and not ever dictator's killed people in the millions like that!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Vlad, was only defending his territory from the Turks!. And, were the turks, who spread those exaggerations I inclined myself, for Hitler, true, he was a dictator, but he was the one who sponsored joyfully the Jewish Genocide, where children were included!.
