That's way too complex for me to tell you, but I can point you in the right direction!.
Remember for starters he was an artillery officer in his youth, in fact he was something of a math whiz, He probably used artillery more effectively than anyone up to that time!.
He was constantly on the attack, many of his victories he won on sheer guts, not to take away from his tactics, but his army had a reputation for ferocity!. Never underestimate psychology!
He liked to hold the front of the opponent's line while getting a smaller force to push in the flank!. Nothing new there, but he was really good at it!.
I seem to remember (though I can't find a cite) that he would get a smaller force into a larger body and just rip a way out of it!. Don't quote that as gospel, just something I think I remember!.
the website below will answer every question you can imagine, and then some!.
Good luck!.

Napoleon was a firm believer in living off the land for campaigns!. He did not bring large amounts of supplies, which enabled his army to move faster!. He also required his troops to regularly make forced marches!.
For actual battle strategies Napoleon was notorious for splitting enemies armies, taking the center, sending a small part of his army to hold off one enemy and then using the bulk of his army to defeat the other, after which he would send the large part of his army to reinforce his smaller force and defeat the enemy army completely!. As Napoleon conscripted more soldiers for the army, their quality declined, especially in artillery where for large battles they would form a grand battery that could decimate enemy soldiers before the decisive attack!. Another strategy was to keep a strong reserve, usually the Imperial Guard along with a cavalry reserve!. Napoleon's basic overall strategy when a war broke out, was to quickly mobilize an army and to out march the enemy!. Once his cavalry screen had informed of him of the size and position of the enemy army, Napoleon would force march to attack the enemy!. Throughout his career Napoleon would mostly fight offensive battles, with only two being defensive!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
