Question: What is Medieval Bath!?
okay, I have to do a project for my English class!. Now, I was absent the day topics were assigned so I got stuck with bath/Bath!. I have no idea what it is though!. Is it referring to the city in England!? If it is, what's significant about Bath!? I can't find any information that makes it stand out!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

In Roman Times, Bath was the site of a, you guessed it, a bathhouse!. The spring is still there, I gather, and there was a continuing connection to the old Roman period, even into the Middle Ages!. This would seem to indicate that there was still some kind of connection, at least in people's minds, to the Empire even after the Legions left, rather than leaving England as some isolated outpost at the end of civilization!.

If you were absent that day, the thing to do would be to ask your teacher what the assignment was about!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
