The pope who ran the Catholic church, was the most powerful person during the Renaissance and if you double crossed him, you were going to get whacked!. Great thinkers,(Like Leonardo Di Vinci) painters, sculptors, scientists, etc!. had to tread very lightly during this time period!. That is if they wanted to survive!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
