That depends on the era, and what you count as army personnel!. Old Kingdom, first Intermediary period, Middle Kingdom, Second Intermediary period, New Kingdom, Roman occupation!? Are you talking straight infantry, or archers, slingers, or other specialists!? How about after the Second Intermediary period, where you include charioteers and the specialists to make and repair chariots and to maintain the newly-captured horses!?
