Hanging gardens, I believe!. The city buildings were mud brick like most in the Near East!. The gardens were described by classical authors and the reason that it was named one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world!. I am not certain that anything remains of them archaeologically!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Doubts have recently been raised as to whether the Hanging Gardens could ever have existed in the form described by ancient writers!. Various experiments have taken place to try to replicate them but watering was found to be nearly impossible, having regard to the technolgy known to be available!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
