Now I'm starting my Ph!.D!:) And to the person who wants to be an archaeologist, my dad is one and it's not all it's cracked up to be!. He spends a lot of time on the phone arguing the finer points of what constitutes grave-robbing, then goes off to play construction worker while trying to preserve some historic, crumbling building!. The ones who dig stuff up are known as shovel bums and are often volunteer, so there's nothing stopping you!. No experience necessary, just will and free time!.:) Www@QuestionHome@Com Ever since 5th grade, I have wanted to be an archaeologist!. As a matter of fact, I still do!
