1!. it would inflate wheat prices!.
2!. Mussolini was a fascist, fascism is a form of extreme conservative socialism, he basically used the rich to control the poorer masses, if he did not go to war he would lose his political power!.
3!. Mussolini fell bacause Italy started to lose WW2 when the island of sicily was taken Italin's turned against their leader and tried to expel him, which they would have done had not Hitler sent troops to rescue him!. After that Hitler took over Italin affairs, and Mussolini never regained power!.
