Do you have access to JSTOR!? It's a collection of scholarly articles!. You have to pay to access it, but your school library or your public library probably has a subscription to it!. Go into it and do a search for "Zheng Shi Huangdi!." You should be able to find some articles about him written by modern historians that evaluate him and his role in history!.

Alternatively, you can also search google scholar for the same information!. (scholar!.google!.com)
