Question: James Madisons viewpoints at the convention!. help!?
does anybody know or can anybody find me a sight which lists where J!. madison stands on issues at the convention!.

note:the convention was a meeting to discuss the failed articles of convention and revise or make a whole new constition!.

example viewpoint: did J!. mad wan to revise or scrap the Articles of confederation and make a completely new constitution!?

I think his primary goal was to get something on the table and not leave Philadelphia without a constitution for the colonies to seriously consider ratifying, which was not a done deal by any means!.

He definitely wanted to lose the Articles of Confederation and "make a whole new constitution!."

Okay, that's your push!. You're on your own!. Oh, I'll add that a name given to Madison is "Father of the Constitution!." That should get you in the right direction!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
