more resources income(livestock, fish, money,etc!.), increase of population, you could probably get new inventions from the colony, technology research can increase, increase of land, could show how powerfulis a nation because ccolonizationisn't easy!.

Well, you first have to acknowledge that cons almost always go with pros!.

The pros could be new sources of revenue, an expanded geo-political presence, increased control of commerce and trade, etc!.

In any of these cases, somebody else is losing out, and it usually is not a pretty picture; nor does colonization fall within the parameters of what we like to call "human rights" !. !. !. except, apparently, for Iraq, Puerto Rico, the US Army School of the Americas, Guantanamo Bay, etc etc etc!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
