No they never wrapped plastic or anything around the sphinx to preserve it!. If they did you will need something very big and plus it will destroy the sphinx!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

As far as I have ever known!.!.!.no!. It's huge, it's outside, and eventually it will crumble and there is nothing to be done about it unfortunately!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
