What!?! Henry Ford had tremendous impact on business and labor!. He was the main force behind assembly lines and mass production and that that allows for lower prices!. He was also a slave driver of an employer and his harsh demands on employees resulted in the employees forming the first large labor unions in the U!.S!. The labor unions rebelled against his demanding expectations of the laborers and as a result all laborers (not just union workers) benefited (5 day work week; health benefits, vacation and minimum wage expectations)!.
