There are no statistics on exactly how many people were homeless in the depression years, but approx!. 25% were unemployed!. Some of those people would have lived with their families, so although they were unemployed, they were not homeless!. If you could pick a random figure, it would realistically be below 5% of the population who were homeless!. So while the condition didn't affect a great number of people, those who were affected were in dire straits!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
