Question: Who had permission to attend the drafting of The Articles of Confederation!?
Who did and who didn't!?
I need a little bit of detail, because I am doing a history project!. Be specific as to what kind of men, and such!.

Land owners, free men, writers, professionals, men of renown!. Permission, is, perhaps, too strong of a word!. Adams and Franklin were very acquainted with the "leaders" at the time and would have chosen them that they could work with!. They would abide very little contention and rivalry!. Their egos would not allow such!. They also wanted men of letters!. Men who were literate and in some sort of public office!. Literacy, back then, was not a given!. It was something that was actually very rare!.
