Question: How the Jeffersonian-Republicans felt about roads/transportation!?
I have to write a biased article on this subject and I'm drawing a few blanks!. It has to be written like a newspaper article from the time (1790's) from a democratic-republican view point!.
I would think they would want better roads for the farmers and stuff but not have the national government fund it!? Because they didn't like the idea of a central government and all, so would it be state governments they'd want to give them better roads!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

My memory of Jefferson says he was all for the construction of roads and other means of transportation as a help to interstate commerce!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
