Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: For me, it's a tie between Stalin and Hitler!. But if I had to choose, it would be Hitler!. Although Stalin is responisble for more deaths than Hitler, at least he didn't try to exterminate certain groups or types of people!. Hitler also killed eleven million people in the most brutal way imaginable!.Www@QuestionHome@Com That is impossible to tell because each person lived in a different era and what is thought evil today would have been thought of as accpetable yesterday!. You cannnot judge yesterday's men by today's standards!. The most infamous would be Hitler, but Stalin, Pol Pot are other evil mass murderers!. If we count evil as being a mass murderer then the Indian serial killer (can't remember his name) who killed 931 people would count!. But that is a shallow measure of evil!. Evil is simply not killing, or else all soldiers are evil, because they killed!. A true measure of evil is the stregth of the moral character and if the person sticks to their guns, and has strong morales!.
