The most important facts about William the Conqueror!.
He was a basterd son that become the Duke of Normandy!.
Edward the Confessor suppsedly promised him the throne!. Harold Godwinson took the throne instead which angered William!. He defeated Harold Godwinson at the Battle of Hastings!. Then he became the King of England and Normans mixed with the Celtic and ANglo Saxon England!. He had a very many great reforms for England!.
