The main colony would have been Virginia because of the tobacco crops!. An indentured servant would have found the most work in Virginia!. I believe that is where the first indentured servants were brought after Jamestown was formed!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you were an indentured servant you would have no choice in the matter!. You would go wherever your owner told you to go!. There was very little difference between indentured servants and slaves as far as personal freedom went - the only thing that set them apart was that indentured servants knew how long they would serve for and when that period of time was over, they would be free!. But as long as they were indentured, they had no say in where they went or what they did!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
