1!. Do you think it was right or wrong for America to intervene in World War I!?
2!. For what reasons do you think it was right or wrong to intervene!?
3!. When American lives were threatened while the European nations were fighting in this war, how did our government respond!?
4!. Did America ultimately make the world "safe for democracy" by joining this war!?
5!. If yes, explain how!. If not, eplain why we failed in this objective!.

1!. we really had no national interests at stake, joining the war just allowed us to support our British allies!. so it turned out well for us, but its not really a matter of right or wrong!.
3!. The only American lives threatened were those who volunteered to go fight with our allies before the US entered the war!. Eventually we joined for the last 2 years!.
4!. This war actually made facism possible in Europe!. Men like Hitler and Mussolini rose to power by maintaining order that had been absent after the war and gave the people a sense of security!.without fall out from a poor choice in treaties after the first world war, these men would not have been able to rise to power!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
