for the same reason the other Eastern European revolts in Poland And Czechoslovakia failed!. The West did'nt care!. It was just so much more important to intervene in nothing places like Korea and Vietnam and ignore Eastern Europe!. In truth, the West feared WWIII toomuch to help Eastern Europe!. We should have anyway, if it meant WWIII then so be it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
