I can't seem to find three example of Napoleon Bonaparte betraying the ideas of the French Revolution!. All I can find is example of him supporting it!. What are three examples of Napoleon betraying the French Revolution (You can give me hints if you want to)!? =) Www@QuestionHome@Com

The French revolution deposed the monarchy and eliminated large numbers of the nobility!.
Napoleon seized power, became First Consul, had himself crowned Emperor of France and King of Italy, his wife Empress, and his brothers King of Spain and King of Westphalia!.

The French came up with the catchphrase "Liberty, Equality, Brotherhood" to sum up their revolutions principles!.

Well, he put down insurrection on the streets of Paris by the use of cannon!. Later he marched on the Directoire and seized power for himself!.

The problem is that there wasn't a single french revolution; there were lots of them, with waves of people gaining power then being revolted against (er!.!.) in their turn!. Robespierre ended on the guillotine, remember!.

Napoleon was the one with the cunning and the ruthlessness to be the one sitting on the last chair when the music stopped!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
