Question: Can somebody help me put these questions into a larger context please!?

The questions are "Who were the Populists and what was their agenda!? Who were the Progressives and what did they hope to achieve!? Were either of these movements successful and to what degree!?"

These need to be in a larger context for an essay that I have to write!. You don't have to actually answer the questions for me, but it would be even more helpful if you did!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I won't do your homework for you, but Brian, think of looking up what legislative achievements the Progressives were able to accomplish!. They were responsible for some of the most important changes in US labor laws, before or since!. They also changed an important facet of our "representative gov't!." One of their main focuses was who and how the members of the Senate were elected!.
It's really facinating stuff, and you should look into the subject even after your assignment is completed!. I think there are lessons to be learned for us in the present, by looking at the struggles and objectives held by the Progressive movement!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
