Louis XIV of course!!! well, in sense of grandeur and style, nothing beats him!. he's the epitome of a real absolute monarch, reigning supreme!. all i know about louis the pious was that he was a weak ruler, even though he was religious (and a saint!), he had a dysfunctional family, a capricious wife who left him for another king and charlemagne, dagobert and pepin the short!.!.!. i have no idea about but thanks to you, i have some research to do about their lives and reigns, LOL!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
