Hi,
Pennsylvania was settled by Quakers,
Maryland by Catholics,
New York, (New Amsterdam) by the Dutch!.
Not sure what you mean by dissenters!. Almost every
religious group had dissenters!. That's one of the reasons
that people moved to the new world!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
