Question: Cleaver sayings for American Revolution!?!?!? !?
I have to think of a "bumper sticker" for US history and I'm stumped!.

An example given was: Real men drink tea, then the word "tea" was crossed out and replaced with "lemonade" (a reference to the Boston Tea Party and other tea protests)

It can be from the side of a loyalist to the Brits or a rebel, either one!.

Hi,

+ "Lexington, we started it"!.

+ "Don't stick your hand in a hornet's nest"!.
(reference to Lord Cornwallis trying to invade N!.C!.)

+ "They grow rubber trees in S!.C!."!?
(reference to British cannon balls bouncing off the
palmetto tree walls of Ft!. Sullivan, Charleston, S!.C!.)

+ "Kilt's, do_ leave home without them"!.
(reference to many Highlanders drowning at their defeat
at Moores Creek Bridge, N!.C!., due to the long material
of the kilt draped over their shoulders)

Hope this helps!. Email me if you use any!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
