Local political institutions and practice diverged significantly from English ways, while social customs, religious beliefs, and economic interests added to the potential sources of conflict!.

In the case of the AmeriKan Revolution, it was not just the taxation, it was also the DEMANDS by England that the AmeriKan Colonies ONLY TRADED WITH ENGLAND!.!.!. their early laws had trade restrictions that said, AmeriKans could not TRADE with other nations!.!.!. they had to buy EVERYTHING they needed from England!.!.!. AT EXORBITANT PRICES and sell their own products to England at DEFLATED PRICES!. It was this in-balance in financial dealings that was the root cause of the Revolution!.!.!. the tax on tea was just a sideshow!.

The Spanish had the same stupid laws for their colonies in the New World!.!. they didn't work there either and it resulted in the Santa Fe Trail and the imported goods from the East!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
