Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
Those who were not considered racially pure or did not conform to the regime, including:
Jews, gipsies, those with mental or physical disabilities, homosexuals, communists, Soviet POWs, Jehovahs Witnesses, Trade Unionists and many more besides!.

It is interesting to note that some historians argue over whether it was Hitler directly that commanded these people be killed (i!.e!. concentration camps become death camps rather than detention centres) or whether it was a case of his immediate subordinates interpreting what he said that way in a frenzy of trying to please their Fuhrer!. Of course, neither argument provides any justification, but it is historically interesting nonetheless!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Communists, agitators against the regime!. These could be Social Democrats, Monarchists, Catholic clergy etc!. also, with the idea of Lebensraum, Poles and Russians were essentially worked to death; as untermenschen they had no other role in the Nazi Weltanschauung!.
All told about 11Million people were murdered by the Nazi regime!.
The disabled were not sent to camps, but were killed under the "life not worth living" philosophy prevalent in Nazi circles!. This was done under the excuse of euthanasia!. This policy was actually halted by 1943 after extensive protests from family members, clergy and even members of the Nazi hierarchy!.

Apart from those you have already mentioned!.Political prisoner's, which included those involved in Union activities!.Or had political affiliations other than to the nazi party (ie communists especially)!.Homosexuals were sent to the death camps, as were captured members of the resistance movements of nazi occupied countries!.also members of the german resistance!.Religious prisoners!.Members of some religions because their teachings were considered an outright threat, such as the Jehovah's witnesses!.Those who refused to fight in his forces!.Some Russian POWs, nazi ideology taught that those from slavic countries were sub-human!.Last but not least, ordinary prisoners!.These were highest in the camp hierarchy and sometimes went on to become "Capos", the much feared and hated prison guards!.I heard somewhere that there were few if any people with physical or learning difficulties in the death camps!.This was, due to the fact that they we murdered before the death camps came into operation in the early 1940s!.If you can stomach it there's a very "Good" documentary on the camps called "The night and the fog"!.It can be found on youtube!.Hope this has been of some help!.
