Question: Art History artifact called 'seitaka'!?

I am trying to find information on an art artifact from Japan called 'Seitaka' from the 19th century, gesso and paint on wood!. If anyone knows what I am talking about i would appreciate the help!. I searched all over google but no luck!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I can't find the painting you refer to, but I know what Seitaka is!.

Seitaka-dojo is one of the attendants to the Buddhist deity Fudou Myouou!. I've found mostly sculptures of him and a few paintings, but not one with the date you describe!.

Seitaka is sometimes spelled Cetaka!. Maybe you would have better luck with that spelling!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Seitaka Doji is one of the attendants of the faithful deity Fudo Myoo, which is a manifestation of Buddha Vairocana!. He has 2 boy attendants, the disobedient Seitaka Doji and the obedient Kongara Doji!. Seitaka is portrayed with a staff and a vajra (a ritual sceptre)!.
