Actually, pretty straightforward!.!.!.Someone tried to get McBush off the ballot in California, stating he couldn't run for prez because he was not a "natural born citizen"!.!.!.that is, not born in the United States; as McBush was born in the Panama Canal Zone!.

But, the judge ruled (since the founding fathers didn't elaborate much on what 'natural born citizen' means), since the Panama Canal Zone is a territory of the US - that was good enough to make McBush a 'natural born citizen!.'
