Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I hate your friend,she is stupid and ignorant!. It did happen,Hitler killed 6 million Jewish people,including Polish people [that were also Jewish]!. I'm Jewish,and people that don't believe to the Holocausts seem ignorant in my eyes!. There are proofs,people have survived this disaster!. People actually survived this and they're alive to tell us and the whole world about it!. Why does your friend that Hitler is considered the worst man that the world have ever known!? For no reason!? There are dozens and dozens of books written about the holocaust - some with some totally horrifying pictures!. Trust me, the Holocaust happened!. Would to God that it had not - the world would be a much better place, and who knows what wonderful discoveries or inventions might have been made by some of those slain by the Nazis!. We might already have a cure for cancer, or a way to rebuild severed spinal cords, and get people out of wheelchairs!. There's no way of telling what the total cost of the Holocaust was to mankind, because we truly don't know what could have been accomplished by those who were massacred!. Because if she does, then I don't why!. Like Jamie said, maybe she can't believe of the cruel idea of making people dig their own graves, being killed for no reason, chopping their child's heads off, making children work as medical experiments, etc!. If she thinks they exaggerated it, then maybe she thinks "If Hitler wanted the Jewish dead, then why did he send them to concentration camps!? Why didn't he kill them on the spot!?" Some people believe that the Holocaust did happen, but they believe they over exaggerated it a little so Hitler could be hated even more!. Some people believe only a few died of old age, or sickness, but not by being shot in the head or being put into ovens!. It's awful, yes!. Your friend needs to read the diary of Anne Frank and other books!. My grandmother met a woman who was in the Holocaust, she had a child there who was used for an experiment!. It is very, very sad!. Www@QuestionHome@Com That is a more common belief than you might think!. As I understand it, their assertion is that the whole thing is a conspiracy between the Allies and the Jewish community!. The idea, supposedly, was to convince the world that Hitler was evil and had to be stopped!. In exchange for the assistance of the Jews in spreading that impression the Jews were granted the territory to found Israel by the United Nations, which was founded immediately after the war, with Israel as one of the first constituent members!. The allies, supposedly, had a personal beef with Hitler and his expansionistic tendencies, but needed an excuse to go to war with him, particularly in the democratic countries who needed public support for such an immense undertaking!. To be clear, I think this is one of the most ridiculous conspiracy theories I have ever heard, but you asked what their reasoning was so I thought I would pass it on!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Tell your so call "friend" that she needs to take a trip to Washington, DC and visit the museums dedicated to the Holocaust, the survivors and the ones that died!.
