Not hardly!. It was so horrible that people wanted to think that it must have taught everyone that war had grown too terrible to wage!. The phrase was being disproved soon after the war in many parts of the world, but WW II blew it out of the water!.!.!.pun intended!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
