Question: Was Jesus Christ the most influential men ever to live!?
He changed the face of the world at the time and affected ours dramatically!. Most people on Earth know who He was, regardless of their religion!. He has caused more cultural and geographical change on the world than any other emperor or war lord!. Without Him, Islam is incomplete as a religion!. And Christianity and Islam encompass the majority of the people on Earth!.
He might not have been the most influential man, just a proposition to think about ;)

If you think it is Jesus it would most likely be Constantine!.
He did not in fact change the world at the time he lived, or for that matter for a long time after he died!.
