True!. Sort of!. Chavez actually was a close ally of Bobby Kennedy first!. After Kennedy's assassination, he backed the Democratic party mostly because Republican Governor Ronald Regan was very hostile to Chavez's movement and did all he could to crush it!.

True!. The Anti-War movement had been slowing down since 1968!. Nixon had been steadily pulling US troops out of Vietnam!. Peace negotiations had been going on!. The draft was being reformed so that it didn't favor the white and rich as much; more equal!. There were even plans to do away with the draft!. There was not as much to protest!. Then, Nixon invaded Laos and it all seemed like a lie, the winding down of the war!.

I don't know about the last one!. It seems true!. Up until the late 1960's, it seemed that women when to college to be teachers, nurses, bookkeepers, or wives!. The derogatory term is getting an Mrs!. Degree!. There were a few doctors, lawyers, and other professionals, but they were very small in number!. In fact, most top law schools would set a limit on how many women to take!. Yale took like 5 or so, but I can't be sure!.

After the women's movement took off in the late 1960s', there was a sudden upswing in college educated women actually using their degrees once they left college!. I don't know if the numbers match 90%, but it is possible!.
