Well, they were a significant immigrant group that did agricultural work in the South and lots of them were responsible for the construction of cross-country railroads!. They introduced things like acupuncture, green tea and their cuisine into American society!. That's all I can think of for now, but I'm sure there's a lot more too!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
