Question: North Korean war ended!?

Would someone care to share what they know regarding the war on the Korean peninsula!? My question pertains to an alleged rumor that either President Truman or President Eisenhower told the North Koreans that if they did not stop fighting we would drop a nuclear bomb on the North!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I had never heard that, the Soviet Union was still supporting the Communist Chinese, so that would have been a threat the Koreans wouldn't have taken seriously!.

I do know that the War in Korea isn't actually over!. We've had a cease fire since July 27, 1953, but no peace treaty!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
