Somalia is pretty messed up!.

There are far off corners of Pakistan, Afghanistan, India, a lot of Africa and China which are far enough away from the central government to be beyonf its reach, which could loosely qualify as anarchy!.

Mauretania, which recently had a coup d'etat, essentially has no government left!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
