Gilles de Retz (a Frenchman in the early 15th century) who killed anywhere between 80 and 200 victims!. Records are obviously vague!. One of the first English people was a woman Mary Ann Cotton who killed a mere 20 people, including several husbands and lovers, in the early 19th century!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
