Question: Really need help with this AP history Question based on the Reconstruction period after the Civil War!.!?

How might southerners have viewed the law creating the Freedmen's Bureau as an unacceptable assertion of power!? How might Radical Republicans have justified the at!? To what degree, and how does the act deal with issues of liberty and issues of equality!?
