While consisting of world wide networks, terrorist groups generally pose a limited danger!. However, should such organizations get hold of things like biological, chemical, or nuclear weapons, they pose a much larger threat!. Thus, the emphasis has been on keeping the countries you mentioned from working with those groups, and providing them with the WMDs!. also, state organizations can supply logistics support that makes a terrorist group's job a lot easier!. This is a case of having to cut the snake, not just at the head, but along several parts of the body, in order to kill it!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Iran!? the only genuine powerful anti-american force in an oil-rich territory!.

North Korea!? partially because of the proliferation of nuclear and rocket technology!. Partly because of the Korean war!. Compare it with Cuba if you like!.

Iraq!? because bush was and still is stupid!? No sane man would have ordered that one!. Little to do with history (unless you count in the attempted assassination of Bush senior)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Terrorist groups need money and many nations do nothing to stop terrorists from getting the money, the training and the manpower they need!. These nations supply terrorists with weapons as well as information and lists of targets!.
It is important to remember that terrorists are someones freedom fighter!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
