My goodness! A history teacher ought to know this basic fact! It was Kaiser Wilhelm II, the third and last German Emperor!. He was preceded by the first Kaiser, Wilhelm I, his grandfather, and the second Kaiser, Frederick III, his father, who died just three months after he was crowned!. Wilhelm II was forced to abdicate when Germany lost WWI in 1918!. He lived in exile in a villa in Holland until his death in 1941!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
