Question: Any idea how old this cut throat razor is!?

I have an old cut throat razor, the handle is black, and looks like plastic!. The blade has GAMMGE'S PERFECTION inscribed on it, it also says Sheffield Silver and Steel!.
I'm not really bothered about age or value, i only paid ￡1 for it! But am just curious!.
