Question: How did the fall of Constantinople in 1453 impact the relationship between Europe and the Ottoman Empire!?

It marked the rise of the Ottomans as a major power in the European geopolitical arena!. Those European countries that are geographically close to the Ottomans (like Austrian empire) began to see the Ottomans as a rising threat!. But other European countries who are farther away saw a potential ally in the Ottomans (like France, & especially later on during the time of Louis the 14th)!.
